Kiaora my name is Wendy. I am a grandmother now and mother of three grown children. My husband was Maori and I have a great affinity with all things Maori, which has led to my compassion for and embracing of all cultures.  

 My love for working with young children has taken me on a long journey. I qualified in 1992 as a Primary school teacher working with new entrant children and in 2011 I completed my Bachelor of Education specialty Primary. In 2019 I joined Palms Preschool teacher as an Early childhood teacher. 

I love being part of Little Palms and getting to know each child and their families. I believe in nurturing the gifts and passions of every child and enjoy watching them develop and grow while they are part of our Little Palms community.  “No reira, tena koutou, tena koutou, tena koutou katoa.
