Kia Ora, my name is Emily, and I am the center manager/owner of Little Palms. I hold a bachelor of teaching and have a deep passion for nurturing the growth and development of young children. With this, I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and meaningful learning environment where our tamariki feel supported, valued, and inspired. At Little Palms, my vision is simple yet powerful: I believe that every child matters, and every dream counts. I am passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with tamariki and their families, as I believe this is the foundation for creating an environment where children can truly develop holistically. I value each child's individuality, listening to their needs and respecting their voices as essential parts of their learning journey. With over five years of management experience, I am confident that Little Palms will be a place where our tamariki feel a sense of belonging and security, making it their home away from home. Every day, I am excited to guide and support our tamariki, empowering them to explore, learn, and grow in a place where they are encouraged to dream big and reach for the stars.
